Add an RS422/485 serial port to your system through USB; features COM port retention The ICUSB422 6ft Professional RS422/485 USB Serial Cable Adapter with COM Port Retention lets you connect RS422 or RS485 serial devices to your USB-enabled computer. The adapter features a 9-pin (DB9) male serial connector as well as dipswitch controls for easy port configuration, and requires minimal software. The serial adapter is USB-powered, eliminating the aggravation of requiring an external power adapter. With COM port retention, assigned port settings are saved, so you can disconnect and reconnect the adapter with virtually no configuration required on the host computer. The Emulator can solve a host of compatibility problems when using mixed equipment, especially extenders. With support for resolutions up to Ultra HD 4K 60Hz and with the ability to pass –through HDCP 2.2 content the Emulator is suitable for use with the very latest PC and AV applications. Some computer systems, KVM switches and digital video signage systems may interrupt the flow of EDID data, or may not be able to pass this information directly back to the video card's output port. This adapter can be used to quickly and easily clone the EDID data from a HDMI display so that the graphics card has direct access to the correct data from the display, the cloning process takes less than 10 seconds! Whether setting the Adapter Ring in a ring or line format, assembly is easier than ever. Requiring one tool, connecting and disconnecting is simple and easy. This design also includes an aluminum clamp with threaded screw holes, eliminating the need for nuts.	Add two RS232 serial ports to a laptop or desktop, using an available USB-A port Add RS-232 serial communication support to USB-A enabled Data Terminal Equipment (DTE - e.g., desktop or laptop), using this 13ft (4m) straight through 2-Port USB to Serial Adapter Cable. Serial Port Expansion The Dual-Port USB Serial Adapter adds two RS-232 serial DB/DE-9 (male) connectors to a desktop or laptop via a single USB Type-A port.
