The ultra-thin technical Japanese paper filmoplast R is ideal for preserving wood pulp papers and newspapers from about the middle of the 19th century. It preserves the paper character of the original. Due to the low grammage, filmoplast R is almost unnoticeable. filmoplast R can be continuously laminated from the roll using the Neschen HSM 2.0 heat sealing machine. Fragmented documents can be reassembled on the working table of the machine in order to be then encapsulated between two layers of filmoplast R again as a whole. The heat-activated adhesive of filmoplast R is solvent-free and acid-free. It is slightly alkaline. Acids formed during the decomposition of the paper fiber of old papers are neutralized. filmoplast R adheres well and has a high flexural strength; the seal remains intact even with repeated folding. With the help of the RT heating piston, filmoplast R repairs almost invisibly, for example, torn pages, sheet music, or drawings. filmoplast R can be removed again. The lamination can be dissolved in a water bath, alcohol, or heat. Please observe the application description in the technical information.
The aging resistance is certified by the Papiertechnische Stiftung (PTS – paper technology specialists) and the Photographic Activity Test (PAT) according to ISO 18916. The product is APEO- and BPA-free.

The self-adhesive, white textile fabric filmoplast® SH has a high tear strength. It is ideal for gluing over or repairing stitched book block spines – so-called rebating. Thanks to its high adhesive strength, filmoplast® SH is also used to reinforce and repair the bond between the book cover and the book block. filmoplast® SH extends the life of books. In picture framing, filmoplast® SH is installed as a hinge for the connection between the passepartout mask and the back plates. It can also be used for dust-free sealing of back panels. Its resistance to aging has been tested by the Paper Technology Foundation (PTS) and certified by the Photographic Activity Test (PAT) according to ISO 18916. filmoplast® SH can be perfectly processed with the TA 3 table dispenser. The product composition of filmoplast® SH is APEO-free and BPA-free.

solvoprint easy dot clear is printable with (eco-)solvent inks, selected UV/UVgel printers, and latex inks. The product is also suitable for UV offset and screen printing. The film’s fire safety is certified in accordance with EN 13501.

The double-sided permanent adhesive gudy 802 twin is a mounting film for cold lamination of digital and analog prints onto many plate materials. This media is based on polyester, and is particularly suitable for mounting smooth PE or barite papers in monochrome applications as well as color prints. gudy 802 twin is characterized by silicone paper covering on both sides, which creates a smooth adhesive mirror and allows it to be processed into format blanks. In addition, gudy 802 twin can be used to produce self-adhesive sheets. The pH-neutral, water-based and aging-resistant adhesive prevents catalytic processes, thus ensuring the quality and value of the print in the long term. The material is suitable for machine processing, e.g. on Neschen laminators, or for manual processing. It can be used inside and outside.

solvoprint easy dot gold/silver is a printable, gold or silver colored through-dyed, self-adhesive polymeric film. It is slightly translucent, has a glossy surface and is characterized by very good shrink resistance. The film features the proven easy dot adhesive technology. It is therefore very easy to apply and can also be removed again if necessary. The adhesive technology ensures easy repositioning. solvoprint easy dot gold/silver is ideal for smooth surfaces indoors and outdoors. Any shapes and letters can be plotted or die-cut from the film. It is also suitable for application to shop window interiors by plotting or die-cutting the motif in mirror image.
