Refillable ink solution - not cartridges
It uses a refillable ink solution (140ml bottles) rather than cartridges, for convenience and low running costs. These innovative ink bottles can also be used to replenish the ink while printing, which significantly reduces downtime. It also features a low-cost inkset: K (pigment) and CMY (dye) while retaining the high levels of speed and print quality expected from Epson technical printers.

Convenience
This 24-inch printer offers the smallest footprint in the Epson technical printer range and is simple to set up. The compact, contemporary design fits neatly into most workspaces, with a suite of intuitive apps and user-friendly features for hassle-free printing. Designed for proofing, fine art and photography applications, the SC-P5000 can be selected with a violet or LLK inkset, and can achieve near-perfect colour matching of up to 99% of Pantone Solid Coated Colours.

Precision colour proofing
When purchased with a violet HDX inkset for pre-press proofing the SC-P5000 can reproduce packaging, marketing materials and corporate colours with 99% Pantone Solid Coated Colour accuracy.

Perfect art reproduction
When specified with an HDX inkset with LLK, photographers and fine artists can use the SC-P5000 to reproduce the detail and colours of their artwork perfectly, as well as exact reproduction of 98% of Pantone Solid Coated Colours.

Flexibility
The addition of 700ml ink cartridges means that the SC-T3405 is capable of handling a wider range of applications, including high-precision CAD and technical drawings, and GIS data. Combined with two further cartridge sizes (110ml and 350ml), this allows you to react to changing print demands quickly, and handle unforeseen requests in an instant. Also, the 4-colour pigment UltraChrome XD2 inks used are smudge and water-resistant.
